Gem Shopping Network (GSN) sells fine jewelry on live TV. But times have changed, and so have customers. They prefer to shop online, even for luxury items. Our task? Help GSN become the best online destination for colored gemstones and high-end jewelry.

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, we designed a contemporary logo. The diamond icon got a geometric makeover with refined angles and color, creating an illusion of depth. The result? A stylish simplistic logo that shines in all contexts while symbolizing quality and consistency.

We reintroduced GSN with a new reel, skipping the rebrand talk. Instead, we showcase their unbeatable jewelry collection, gemstone expertise, and service variety. Using behind-the-scenes footage, we centered the brand’s warm and dedicated approach to delivering beautiful products.

Pre-website launch, we implemented a successful social media strategy. On Facebook, we dished out fashion hacks and jewelry pairings. Twitter was our runway, leveraging the hottest fashion shows to drive website traffic. And LinkedIn? We made the Director of Vendor Ops & Gemology a Thought Leader with 64 posts and quarterly gemstone articles.
