LIFT TO RISE
THE BRIEF
The housing crisis in the Coachella Valley demands a bold story of collective impact. That’s why we gave Lift to Rise — a network of over 60 partners— a new look, site, and communications plan. Their ambitious goal? Build 10,000 new affordable housing units by 2028.
THE BRAND

We transformed the brand with a clear typography, a unified icon system, a vibrant color palette, and a distinctive tone and voice. We drew inspiration from the sunset and the surrounding landscape, using radiant patterns, warm colors, and uplifting messages.
Now, the brand stands out and can communicate effectively.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
We didn’t just make videos. We connected with changemakers and amplified their stories with high-quality video, voice-overs, music, and animations. Stories that reach you wherever you are through social media, ads, and newsletters.
THE CREATIVE
Policy talk can be a turn-off. How do we get people to stop scrolling and listen? We give them what they crave, the way they like it. Catchy yet simple and relatable.
We used real photography, bold messages, striking statistics, event highlights, and social trends to convey the Lift to Rise message: when the sun rises, it rises for everyone.

THE WEBSITE
The old site? A dull call to action. Their strategic plan? Buried in a PDF abyss. It was time for a makeover.
We built a user-friendly website that shows Lift to Rise’s journey – events, news, advocacy – in a captivating, digestible manner. Their plan? It’s a redesigned interactive page, a one-pager, and a complete PDF!
THE IMPACT
Lift to Rise’s Facebook engagement surged by 56%, and page views skyrocketed by 33%. Newsletter success? The monthly open rate hit an impressive 41%, beating the NPO average by 10 points.
But the real success was Governor Gavin Newsom’s $15 million budget allotment for Lift to Rise’s affordable housing fund. We led a click-to-write campaign to reach the budget committee. Over 1,500 community members joined the action, with a 34% conversion rate.
This is the power of the people.
