THE BRIEF
What if K – 12 education was personalized? No more dull classes that make young people lose interest. Instead, they pick what, when, and how they learn. This is not a fantasy—it’s a reality for many families nationwide. What was left to do was bring people together with a fresh, engaging brand identity and digital experience.
THE BRAND

Meet Mosaic, the brand that believes in Independent Meaningful Learning (IML) for everyone. No matter who you are or where you are. Learning is not limited to a classroom or a book; it happens everywhere and all the time. We are born to learn.
BRAND IDENTITY
We created a brand voice that is evocative, playful, and relatable. We combined bright colors and neutral hues to match the sleek sans-serif font. We connected shapes to design brand art to show how everyone is unique but belongs. Now, the brand is intimately human.

VIDEO PRODUCTION
Families stepped out of school to learn from life. They were their own heroes. So, we brought our equipment, and they showed us the action. The result? Inspiring documentary-style profiles. Authentic stories that inspire.
THE CREATIVE
We created captivating social media content using cinematic photography, animated videos, and thought-provoking language. We used IG Reels and Stories to relate to and be real with adults. We also teamed up with influencers who made independent meaningful learning look easy and fun.
We sparked conversations and grew our community — one post at a time.



PARENT RESOURCES
Scroll-stopping content isn’t enough. Parents want support.
We worked with advisors to create accessible and digestible resources on topics like neurodiversity and reparenting. Our page is user-friendly and mobile-friendly, with dynamic features for different learning styles. We also made short-form content for each resource, such as quizzes and marketing emails series, to ensure families get the latest.

THE WEBSITE
Mosaic has everything you need to learn on your own terms: inspiring stories, helpful resources, and supportive communities. The new site combines visual storytelling, simple design, and an intriguing user interface to set visitors on a path to a better way of learning.
THE IMPACT
We didn’t just create a brand—we made a community for independent meaningful learning. And we rocked it.
In just one fall season, our social media reached over 1 million people, brought nearly 7,000 visitors to our website, and got over 700 sign-ups for Mosaic’s online Day of Action event. Oh, and more than 30 families join the Mosaic Resource newsletter every day!
