A series that leaves you breathless, we revealed how dispatchers handle life-or-death situations with skill and compassion.

THE CREATIVE

We delved into the human side of these selfless, often humorous heroes. Phone rings, distressed callers, and human reactions to bizarre emergencies shaped our graphics, live tweets, and IG stories, educating viewers about the job. The outcome? Love for the staff and the series, leading to a season renewal!

A series that reshapes your view of “The Big Apple,” we reintroduced the brazen crimes that rocked New York City to its core.
